Since 2014, this online\u00a0marketplace has connected\u00a0SME&#8217;s with a cashflow-related fanancial need\u00a0with a comunity of people interested in investing. This is a very important task in a country like<strong> Colombia where SME&#8217;s generates about the 67% of employment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On October of 2016, Mesfix participated in the 4th Edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/OxfLdJ\">Seedstars Bogot\u00e1<\/a>.\u00a0There it was selected\u00a0to represent Colombia at the regional chapter\u00a0held on Buenos Aires, Argentina, and at the Seedstars Summit in Switzerland. Next April, <strong>Mesfix will compete in this summit against the best startups in emerging markets\u00a0for $1M US dollars in capital investment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mesfix is a strong contender\u00a0in\u00a0the competition. It\u00a0has\u00a0worked towards the development of a collaboration environment with similar\u00a0companies and became a founding member of <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/USJRoz\">Colombia FinTech<\/a>. Mesfix has\u00a0allowed SME&#8217;s to sell\u00a0<strong>over $2.3M USD<\/strong> since it\u00a0began operations.
